Based within the EHFSYOS (Early Help, Family Support and Youth Offending Service) Supporting young people to access: Education, Employment or Training. This can be through, traded services bought by schools to provide Careers Information, advice or guidance within educational establishments or supporting young people in a targeted way to help them overcome barriers that are preventing them from engaging or accessing Education, Employment or training. REFERRAL PROCESS: This service is accessed as an identified action in a child’s Early Help Family Support Assessment (EHFSA). An Early Help Family Support Assessment is completed with a parent/carer/young person/child by any practitioner working with the child or family (i.e. child’s nursery, pre-school, children’s centre, school, college, Health Visitor, GP, housing officer, Children’s Services Officer etc), in order to identify all the strengths and needs within the family.
