South East and Central Essex Mind aims to provide individuals who are experiencing mental ill-health with a range of support options to meet their needs.

The Counselling Service offers talking therapy to help anyone from the age of 5 and above. Can cover a range of concerns from anxiety and depression, to bullying and bereavement. The costs are means tested so give us a call to find out more.
