Can Do Sport

Can Do Sport is a volunteering programme for young disabled people in Essex. It is open to young disabled people aged 10 to 20 years old who have a long term health condition or disability, including physical, visual or hearing impairments, mental health issues, autism and learning disabilities like dyslexia and dyspraxia.

Can Do Sport is about feeling part of the local community, learning new skills, having fun, growing in confidence and making friends. You can volunteer for just one day or take part in our Building Communities programme over ten sessions with the opportunity to earn a recognised qualification!
